2008: The Chili Police was founded by the hot sauce legend Ralf Nowak of Germany

2009: Ralf Nowak and the world famous hot sauce producer CaJohns, owned and operated by John and Sue Hart of Columbus, Ohio, came together to produce our sauces for the American market.

2010: Ralf Nowak enters into the American market at shows,  markets,  online shopping, etc.  The company name is established as The Spicy Food Trading Company, LLC.

GOALS OF THE COMPANY:

The goal of our German and American companies are to promote the benefits of the chili peppers in the world . We would like the world to realize the positive benefits of the chili peppers.

For this reason,  it is important to bring the message of our company “To Protect and To Serve the Chilis” to fairs,  shows,  flea markets,  interviews on tv and radio.  Everyone is welcome around the world to join the Chili Police!
